What is Gestalt Psychotherapy?:

Gestalt Therapy is a psychotherapy that sees awareness in the here and now as the primary tool toward greater health and well-being. Based in the understanding that mind and body are interconnected, the Gestalt process will direct your attention to what you experience and feel rather than your explanations or interpretations so that bodymind harmony may be restored. Using creative means, the Gestalt Therapist develops experiments to help you explore a broader range of who you are and shift toward a more intuitive present-centred life. As the Gestalt process unfolds, you will:
•    Enhance your awareness of your interests, responsibilities and choices
•    Settle unfinished business and let go of what is ready to be released
•    Experience life with greater spontaneity and flexibility
